Transforms Leaders and Increases Purpose

The Need for Engaging Leaders

Organizations need leaders who can effectively motivate and empower their teams.

Coaching techniques – such as active listening, goal setting, problem solving, and empowering questions – have proven to be the key traits of effective leaders in today’s world.

Mastering these skills requires adopting new practices that can only develop through meaningful experiences.

That’s where Leader Street comes in.

What We Do

We equip professionals with leadership coaching techniques through a unique combination of training and real-life application of these skills.

Through training and social impact, participants master the skills to guide, inspire, and engage those around them.

Once the methods are learned, they will use their new coaching abilities to help rescued African street youth overcome limiting beliefs, solve problems, set goals and inspire action.

It’s an innovative approach to leadership development that profoundly transforms professionals.

They return to their organizations with greater empathy, confidence, as well as more meaning and purpose in their roles.

Frequently Asked Questions

We integrate this into our program not only because we care about these teenagers, but because it develops the most effective leaders.

Here’s why:

Practical Experience: You only truly master a skill by doing it in real life. Our training goes beyond theory and role-play, ensuring participants gain the confidence to apply these techniques back at work.

Transformational Impact: There’s nothing more motivating than making a tangible difference. Coaching a youth can change their life trajectory by breaking limiting beliefs, inspiring change, and fostering habits to help them achieve their goals. Once you experience this, you’ll be hooked.

Diverse Leadership: True leaders must inspire and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds. This experience hones your ability to lead effectively, regardless of the situation or individual.

Our program creates long term, tangible impact.

Leader Street believes that skilled leaders form engaged employees that build stronger organizations which ultimately leads to a better world.

We gauge our impact through:

  • Participant progress on their objectives
  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge gained through the program
  • How the skills are being applied, both in and out of work
  • Additional meaning/purpose leaders feel from using coaching skills
  • The difference made in lives of leaders, their colleagues, organizations and family
  • The number of rescued African street kids coached and the resulting changes

We offer customized pricing based on the number of participants and size of organization. Please contact us for further details.

You will be paired with one youth and begin coaching upon completing the 7 week training.
