Managers develop core coaching skills including active listening, effective communication, empathy, problem-solving, feedback delivery, and foster a growth mindset. They also learn to promote adaptability, collaboration, and innovation within teams.

The training modules cover topics such as coaching fundamentals, communication techniques, situational leadership, conflict resolution, and performance enhancement. Modules include interactive workshops, real-world scenarios, role-playing, and case studies to ensure practical application.

Yes, for larger groups (10+) the training materials are tailored to align with your organization’s specific challenges, industry nuances, and strategic objectives, ensuring maximum relevance and impact.

Success is evaluated through participant feedback, 360 degree feedback assessments noting observed changes in leadership behaviors, all contributing to organizational growth and productivity.

Managers have access to Molly for questions, guidance, and reinforcement of concepts during training. They also receive toolkits, resources, and ongoing learning materials.

The training program is offered virtually via Zoom.

The program is 25 hours over a 16 week period. There are weekly 90 min group sessions during the first 10 weeks, 4 one hour 1:1 sessions scheduled at your convenience, and one hour sessions coaching African youth the last 6 weeks. Workshops for large groups (10+) are customized to fit your timelines.

Yes, participants receive a certification recognizing their successful completion of the coaching leader training program, highlighting their commitment to driving positive change within the organization.
We offer flexible pricing options based on the number of participants and size of organization. We work closely with you to find a fit. Please contact us for further details.

Standard courses are 16 weeks long. A new course is scheduled to begin every 6 weeks.

Yes, we provide 4 one-hour 1:1 follow-up sessions during the program to ensure continued reinforcement of skills and their successful application.

A time is coordinated each week between the coaching leader and the youth in Africa. Calls use Zoom and the initial calls are accompanied by Molly to help with implementation of techniques.

You need a computer with microphone, camera and an internet connection with access to Zoom. Personally, you need commitment to show up to the meetings, along with enthusiasm, curiosity, an open-mind and capacity to have fun while developing your skills.

Once you have completed the 10 week training, you have 6 one-hour sessions with the kids.
